Islamic finance essentials for that first home

Now that you’re in your first home, there are a variety of things you’ll find you need. After those initial Islamic loans get out of the way and you’ve got the keys and have taken possession, filling those new rooms up becomes a priority. Remember that you don’t need to spend a fortune on new furniture right away as there will be other costs with a new home, but this handy list will allow you to shop to make these new spaces functional.

The Kitchen

You’ll need a simple set of kitchen chairs to get started and a table of some description, but you’ll also need a few appliances so you can get busy establishing a dining routine. Look for an inexpensive microwave, toaster and kettle to start and a selection of pots and pans including a frying home

The Living Room

Simple is best to start off here too so you can use the same mindset you did when you shopped for Islamic finance. A couch, a coffee table and some curtains are all you’ll need at first. Remember that when you first buy a home, one of the most important things you can do is learn how to manage your finances and you can start with buying reasonable furniture.
