Here’s how to choose the right home location

There’s lots to think about even after you’ve decided on Islamic loans so you can stay Sharia compliant. Buying a home of course is a major investment and there are many features you need to look at. How many bedrooms will you need? What kind of heating best suits your family’s needs? These are some of the things to mull over but there’s one that’s just as fundamental as the rest–the location.

The Country Versus The City

The setting is critical. There’s usually more room in the country with bigger lots and more room for children and pets to play, but there are some home ownership dec28disadvantages to rural life as well. Being further away from work means there’s going to be more of a commute and there are almost always fewer amenities in rural places.

You’ll get a better initial deal on a home that has higher crime statistics, but you could regret that decision down the road when you go to resell or become the victim of a crime yourself. For some people, the sense of security they get with Islamic finance is erased when they live in fear for their security.
