A few hints on insulating your home and islamic home loans

Perhaps your parents or grandparents didn’t mind living in a drafty house, but today’s consumer who buys with Islamic home loans demands the place be well insulated so their family can stay safe and warm and their utility bills are as low as possible.

Under the exterior brick or vinyl siding, it’s important to start the process off with an air barrier that’s like a warm sweater to keep the cool winds out on a winter day. One of the mainstays of course is the home for saleinsulation itself and you’ll also need a vapor barrier to keep moisture away from the structure.

When you’re trying to decide if it’s time to replace the existing insulation, there are some telltale signs you should look for including:

• Cold walls and floors.
• High heating bills.
• Walls that have mold growing on them.

You might need to consider using some of the money from islamic mortgage loans to replace the insulation in the summer when the home is unusually hot or you’re suffering through high cooling costs. Remember to check the corresponding R or RSI values to determine the effectiveness of the product you’re buying.
